What woods do you use?
A wide variety of top quality solid woods are used (see Woods Page for more information)
sourced from FSC accredited suppliers.
If you can’t find the wood you are looking for then please contact us & we will do our
best to accommodate your request.
What finishes do you use?
We like to show off the natural beauty of solid wood, its grain, texture & colours.
Therefore, after sanding a clear lacquer finish is applied over the surface to enhance & protect the wood.
What methods of payment do you accept?
Our preferred method of payment is via ‘’Pay-Pal’’, using the ‘’Buy Now’’ buttons alongside each product.
We also accept payment by a Personal Cheque or Postal Order in the post.
We will email you to let you know when your cheque or postal order has arrived and to confirm your order.
Another email will be sent when your good(s) are being posted out to you.
Please note we will have to wait for a cheque to clear first before posting goods out.
All prices shown include the cost of postage & packaging.
How long will delivery take from placing my order?
As all our products are hand made and made to order we would generally expect to have
products sent out to you within 14 days of placing an order.
Obviously this can change depending on the quantity of products ordered & other factors,
such as availability of materials. If there are any problems or changes in the delivery
time then we will notify you by email.
Do you make bespoke pieces?
Yes we do, if you can’t see what you’re looking for on our website or would like a product in
a different size or wood (for example a bowl) then please contact us with your request & we will
do our best to accommodate your needs.
What is the best way to care for a wooden product?
We would recommend nothing more than the occasional wipe over with a wood furniture polish.
Please note, in time you may notice a change in the appearance of your wooden product;
this is part of the natural aging process of solid wood & is unavoidable.
It adds character & makes each piece unique.
